The resort covers 76 acres and is located in the eastern part of Roatán. It consists of two areas, Diamond Hill and Diamond Beach, which are just a five minute drive apart.The first part of the resort has already been successfully completed, with only a few available plots remaining for construction. The second part, Diamond Beach, is currently under development.
The infinity pool is located in the prestigious Diamond Hill area and offers beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding tropical nature. This modern infinity pool is an ideal place to relax, whether you are staying at the resort or simply visiting.By the pool, you will find a bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks and grilled specialties. Comfortable facilities are also available, including sun loungers, showers and restrooms.It is the perfect place to unwind, spend time with friends or host a private event.

I worked there for more than 12 years and had the opportunity to get to know the founder, Ivan Soška. He became like a second father to me.He believed in my skills and in my life. My husband and I stayed here on vacation. After arriving on the island, a car was already waiting for us and took us straight to the house where we stayed.

Hi, my name is Daniel. I work at Diamond Hill, a company founded by Ivan Soska, whose legacy is now continued by Andy Soska. I work in maintenance and gardening, and I have been with the company for 9 years. They are good bosses 👍👍💪 and we keep going.
We had our house built here in Roatán 11 years ago. Everything went very quickly and without any complications. We fly to the island every year. We really appreciate all the service related to the house and the surroundings of this resort. We feel safe here, which is the most important thing for us. In the future, we plan to come back more often and stay for longer periods, something our current workload in the Czech Republic does not allow us to do.
DIAMOND HILL AND BEACH RESORT impressed me with everything I expected from an island in the Caribbean. The entire property is very well maintained, the pool is clean and the food is excellent. It is a great location for those who want to explore the island while also having a peaceful and luxurious place to return to. The resort is guarded and guests feel very safe here. The staff are always smiling and helpful, and they will assist you with anything you need, including organizing trips around the island and out at sea.
It is also worth mentioning that this place is located close to two beautiful natural beaches, Paya Bay and Camp Bay, which is considered one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches on the island.
That is why I am always happy to come back here, and I can highly recommend this place.
Six years of working for the same company, a company that welcomed me with open arms during the peak of quarantine and treated me like family. I am extremely grateful to be part of this team, to have the opportunity to express myself, grow and create every day in a job that allows me to be myself. I love my work. I truly enjoy how varied it is and I am well paid for it. More than a job, it feels like family to me. I am always there when they need me, because they have always been there for me.
In my profession as an engineer, I have met many exceptional people throughout my career. About 10 years ago, I started working on a project at Diamond Beach, where the developer was from the Czech Republic. His name was Ivan Soška. After several years in my professional life, my situation changed and Ivan went from being my client to becoming someone I worked with directly through his company. At that time, he opened the doors of his company and his family to me, and I began to learn more about his way of working and his entire family team.
Andreas, his eldest son, Lucas, his second son, Thomas, his youngest son, and Petra. Over time, I became his friend. I began to see what a great father he was, and how fortunate he was to have such wonderful children. Children to whom he taught important values and showed the difficult path he had to take to reach the position he was in.
Unfortunately, life surprised him and he had to set out on the journey that we will all take one day. Today, I work side by side with Andreas, Lucas, Thomas and Petra, and I have witnessed how the family has grown and how they work together to develop their companies. I am grateful to Andreas and every member of his family for giving me the opportunity to work in their companies and for accepting me as a member of their family.

2. We arrange the construction project and handle the building permit.
3. We carry out the construction professionally, in line with the client’s requirements and wishes.
4. Based on your ideas, we arrange the design and production of furniture by local carpenters. We work only with trusted suppliers of materials and equipment. We also offer the option of fully furnishing the house, including all decorations and small essentials, so that when you arrive, you do not have to worry about finding or arranging anything.
5. Our professional team provides complete year round management of the entire resort, both in terms of operation and appearance. In practice, this means help with booking flights, cleaning and checking the full functionality of the house before your arrival, organizing trips, arranging car rentals and handling unexpected situations or technical issues. All properties, houses and gardens are looked after continuously, regardless of how often the owners visit the island.
6. The resort is guarded around the clock by our security team, and only authorized people are allowed to enter through the gate.
7. We also provide services related to renting out the house, both short term and long term, which is currently seeing increased interest.
8. Should you decide to sell your property in the future, we can help you find a buyer and arrange the sale itself, including the legal side of the process.
The houses are built within the resort in a similar design style, according to each client’s individual requirements. We build houses either from concrete, using the VELOX cement particle insulation board system, or from cement blocks.
The price depends on the size of the house. The smallest homes start at approximately USD 303,000.
Properties on Roatán offer strong appreciation, as ongoing development and the limited number of building plots increase both investor interest and the real market value.
Construction takes approximately 12 to 24 months, depending on the size of the house and the complexity of the build.
We are a multi generational family team with extensive experience gained during the first stage of the project. Diamond Hill was originally just jungle, and today it has become a home not only for us, but also for many satisfied clients, more than 40 of them.
You can already see the results of our work, a functioning and carefully maintained resort surrounded by rich nature.
